We provide In person and Online classes for Contractor Licensing Exams and Industry Training. We are a Construction Institute for construction professionals who want to pass their state licensing exam on the first attempt!

We provide construction professionals with the training and education to get their professional contractor’s license. Further, provide continuing education in any construction related field to enhance their skills as construction professionals. Our experienced instructor professors adapt their teaching style to the learning ability of individual students and provide appropriate coaching for Auditory, Visual, Kinesthetic and Reading/Writing learning styles.

Our courses are offered in collaboration with FIU College of Engineering & Computing’s Division of External Programs. Please email execed@fiu.edu if you want to reach the FIU College of Engineering’s continuing education team. Sanjeev also mentioned that we will soon up a call to show you the backend of a third-party partner we have that has access for us to login and check the registration numbers, etc.

Our Process

As a School of Construction Professionals student, You have access to the course for 1 year where you can attend unlimited weekday Online evening classes and weekend 3-Day Workshops – all included in the tuition price!

Sanjeev Mangoli • Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Sanjeev has been teaching the contractor licensing course since 2006. He has over 40 years of experience in the Construction Industry. He holds a Bachelors Degree of Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Surat, India, as well as several professional licenses including a Certified General Contractor, a Home Inspector, and a Sales Associate license. After graduating in 1984, he started working as a project engineer for a construction company, and began teaching applied mechanics.

While teaching until 1990, he started his own consulting business to do Project Management and Construction Management. Sanjeev has versatile construction experience in the US, India and the Middle East. He is currently involved in building high-end and affordable homes in South Florida.

Robert Milne • Instructor

Born Calcutta, India 1955,  I also speak Dutch and French. An internationally qualified  lawyer (U.K. 1980), (Florida 1986). I am AV rated by Martindale Hubbel, after retiring as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, I focus on developing educational content for courses taught by Construction Professional Institute.

Maria Natanson; • Instructor

Maria C. Natanson was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1986.

Graduated as Civil engineer in 2008, she has been working in construction since 2006. First as an intern and then as Field Engineer, Cost Controller and Project Manager for several constructions sites in Brazil, USA and Germany. Mrs. Natanson speaks fluent Portuguese, Spanish, English, German and basic levels of French. She passed the Florida State Exams for General Contractor in 2017.

Mrs. Natanson officially begun teaching in 2018, She began instructing and training students since University. She was a student-instructor and later on as project manager for software implementation. She also taught people how to use software she implemented. Teaching is one of her passions! Students benefit from that during her classes and with the material she develops!

Wallace Lawson – Program Director and Instructor

Wallace Lawson was born in Newton Massachusetts in 1958.

Wallace graduated from the University of New Haven in Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information sciences.  He also holds an MBA in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.  After working as an IT professional for companies such as Pratt and Whitney Aircraft, ABB Combustion Engineering and WorldCom, Wallace transitioned into the construction industry where he was directly responsible for large commercial projects in the Fort Lauderdale and Miami areas.  He currently holds Florida state licenses as a General Contractor, a Roofing Contractor, and a Residential Home Inspector.  Wallace remains active in the construction industry since 2006 and has been able to assist students with passing the Florida Exams for General Contracting, Roofing and Home Inspection with his extensive knowledge and teaching methods since 2017.
