The Project Management Crash Course December 13th-14th provides a focused 2-day training session for students preparing for the Project Management portion of the Florida General Contractor exam. Instructors cover the major topics tested, with live demonstrations, sample questions, and in-depth discussion of project coordination and management practices.

Students gain confidence navigating reference materials and learn the quickest, most effective ways to approach exam questions.
